I take these easy to swallow capsules at bedtime to help with the symptoms of IBS, particularly bloating. They aren’t magic pills but they help enormously. I would never be without them now. Great value for money. I love buying products from Nutribioticals they are so friendly and they are in the UK which is a must for me. Highly recommend.

These do seem to work, only had them for a week and a bit. no side effects Certainly seems to have boosted my immune system, my hayfever is not having the same effect and impact, much improved. Digestion good. Good value.

This item has good levels of all the probiotics I wanted to have, these are ones with a lot of research backing them. Easy to swallow tablet, just take one a day. I struggle with swallowing tablets but these are quite small and easy to swallow. It's always hard to tell whether tablets like these work or not, but I think I feel better since taking them. Lots of tablets in this bottle so will last me a long time too.

I have tried a good number of competing products with a variety of different strains and strengths in a quest to solve my IBS problem. Most made just a minimal difference, but then I tried Nutribioticals Cultures Complex and was greatly relieved (in all senses) when this particular combination very quickly worked far better than anything before. It also beats most of its competitors in value for money, so that’s a big bonus.I would also make a mention of this company’s excellent customer service. I've made a second purchase of this product, because it definitely works for me. I have also recommended it to family members and friends. I have always had problems with my digestive system and since taking just 2 easy to swallow tablets every day I've seen a big improvement. I don't know if it is the product that is responsible, but my tummy certainly doesn't feel or look bloated anymore, which is great. I'll be buying again when this bottle is finished, but it lasts me nearly 3months so very good value.

I was on antibiotics after an infection and wanted to take a supplement to get the beneficial bacteria in the gut, have been taking 3 a day regularly every day however I don’t feel it is making much of a difference for me so would not purchase again.
