I recently purchased a 25 ft. long 2-series (model 20) water cooled TIG torch from CK Worldwide. I didn't want all the debris on the floor to abrade the super-flexible hoses, and I was waiting for the covid-delayed leather hose cover that I had ordered two months prior, so I ordered this Electriduct 1.75" Nylon Protective Hose Sleeve. It came faster than I had hoped for. Slipping the torch and hoses through the braided hose sleeve was a three-minute job. Easy-Peasy. I taped both ends with electrical tape and it has served quite well so far. The sleeve is light weight, but seems quite abrasive-resistant. Perfect for draping the torch hose over the shoulder and arm to allow for good torch-control. I might return the leather torch cover. This nylon cover is great! And it is exactly 25 ft long. Exactly what I ordered. I also purchased the same cover in 1.5" diameter for my 2-series model 9 TIG torch, and the 2" diameter cover for my 12' MIG gun lead. Excellent quality for my purposes.

This is the second one I have purchased and it is used in a very tough saltwater environment.

I use this for my security chain when locking my bike,this sleeve protects bikes finish from scratches. I cut sleeve to my preferred length and noticed a run in the thread so I burnt it with a lighter to stop it

Was hoping to find a hose protector for an airless hose for a commercial grease system. Worked PERFECT! Make sure to measure the fittings the hose protector needs to slide over to make sure you order correctly. It does not stretch much at all. Appears to be a great product though as it drags on the ground/concrete and has no rips/tears yet.

I have been buying this for years and haven't had a single complaint BUT the price has been going up (like almost everything). For now it is still worth it (to me) for what they are charging. It is decently abrasion-resistant and stands up to quite a bit of heat and the hoses I use it on always look new under this. I haven't had any reason to look elsewhere but the price is sneaking up there so I might start looking before I get caught off guard with another price hike.
