Disappointing Quality and Performance
I am quite disappointed with this product. Despite its claims of durability and high quality, the ratchet broke after just a few uses. The reversible mechanism is not smooth and often gets stuck, making it frustrating to work with. Additionally, the nickel plating started wearing off sooner than expected. Overall, I do not recommend this ratchet for anyone looking for reliable performance
