Excellent Honey. Authentic, Natural and Pure 3 Honeys Compared
I'm not a honey expert but trust people that are. My favorite honey supplier in Paris was closed the last time I was there and I couldn't stock up. I bought two lavender honeys from Amazon and compared them with my one from France. L'Abeille Occitane Lavender Honey stacks up. It's as good as my French honey. The taste is natural and pure and what I'd expect from an authentic 100% pure honey. Well known fact: there is a lot of adulterated and diluted honey products out there, but not this one. All of the marks of an authentic pure natural honey are present in this honey. Buy with confidence but please leave some for us. We will want more of this honey. The middle honey didn't rate at all.

Delicious
I was a bit wary because too much lavender flavor can be overwhelming, but had a recipe that specified lavender honey. This honey is perfect, to my taste -- a soft but clear floral lavender note that shows up even when the honey is used in recipes, but not too strong for spreading on hot buttery biscuits. It's become my favorite honey by far. My jar wasn't crystallized, but more like a loose honey-cream rather than liquid and translucent. That's fine with me -- almost any honey you keep in AZ starts to lose it's liquidity before long anyhow; you just set the jar in very warm water and it liquifies. This one actually hasn't changed texture at all in the 3 months I've had an open jar.

Best Honey I have tasted
This is some great tasting honey. I just got it opened it up and took a finger pull of it to taste it and WOW❗️❗️ I ordered more and will order more on Friday when ly day hits. So I’ll never run out. Been trying different honeys since I learned there are different honeys. This is delicious. I have ordered this 4 times now. This is my 4th order. I sent a gift of it to my Daddy. Y’all this honey is the bomb.com❗️❗️

First bad jar
I order this lavender honey once every few months. It is normally delicious, fresh, with a thick viscosity. This honey was dark in color and tasted bad. They say honey never goes bad, but this had a very different taste. Its my first bad one in the 10 years Ive been buying it. Unfortunately, it's not eligible for return. I'll try it once more.

Honey tastes good but it I was misled about flavor
I thought this honey had lavender flowers in it but I didn’t taste any lavender and looking at the ingredients it only honey. I thought I saw lavender in the ingredients label before purchasing…

Awesome floral taste; very expensive
This honey is made in Spain from bees that collect most of its nectar from lavender. The taste starts very sweet (almost like cover honey), but then engages the tongue with very aromatic floral flavor with very with cheese-like after taste. The texture is also slightly coarse, almost like half-melted sugar, which seems to add to the uniqueness of the taste. To me the secret of its flavor lies in its subtle sweetness mixed with very rich floral flavor. You will have no doubt most of the honey was derived from a very scentful flower. I have found some honey too be too sweet, almost a shock to the tongue and the nose. While plenty sweet, this honey has a sweet subtlety. Overall, this is the best tasting honey I have tried. The only reason why I am not giving this 5 stars is its cost. This honey costs 5-10x more than other high premium (non-lavender) honey. Eating this honey, however, makes you feel like you are eating the most precious and sweet nectar among the floral world, and that might be worth the cost. Pros: 1)Very uniquely floral taste with fine texture. 2)The sweetness doesn't overwhelm the rich floral flavor. Cons: 1)Expensive.
