This product has literally saved my hair. After years of bleach, dye and heat styling my hair was looking so frazzled and broken. Nothing left to loose, I thought I would give this a go and I am so glad i did!As others have said, it is quite time consuming and you do need to remove all excess product when straightening, but it works! I've not straightened my hair once in the week since using and have had compliments at work as to how shiny its looking. Only negative is that it has removed my colour very slightly so something to be aware of, but i will definitely buy again.

Ok so it’s quite a long process but when you follow the instructions properly it works!!I have thick ginger mid-long naturally wavy hair. In this humid hot weather no matter how poker straight I straighten it within minutes it’s starts frizzing and puffing out like an Afro.Anyway o waved my hair, just with the pre treatment shampoo, dried hair, applied the treatment, left for 25 minutes then , and this is the tricky bit, scraping off excess product. In hindsight I can’t stress enough how important this is as I had too much still left on mine so it was a pain to dry and straighten with all the residue. Hair felt sticky and matted. Anyway… despite my hair feeling awful I plodded on. Washed it and conditioned it (both items provided in the kit) dried it ( this was so easy as it dried flat and silky straight without any effort. I ran my straighteners through it despite it not really being necessary and voila. Done. Styling my hair is a doddle and has been ever since and stays straight in hot sweaty weather.Word of warning. If you have coloured dyed hair it will change it. I had a dark copper colour and it turned into a very light bright orangey copper.Consequently I had to buy my colour and dye it the night after. There are straightening kits for dyed blondes and brunettes. Use these if you don’t want your hair colour changing.Still,I love how effective this product is.

I just used this keratin product for the third time, and I’m really pleased! Before using it, my hair was dry, frizzy, and a bit curly, but this product worked wonders. It's not expensive at all, and it straightens my hair incredibly well. Now my hair feels smooth, looks shiny, and the frizz is gone! If you're struggling with similar hair issues, I highly recommend giving this budget-friendly option a try!

I had high hopes for this product based on the claims, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me at all. I followed every step carefully — from the pre-treatment wash to the flat ironing and aftercare. However, my hair showed absolutely no straightening or smoothing effect after completing the process.Not only did it fail to deliver results, but it also left my hair feeling dry, coarse, and frizzy, which was the exact opposite of what I expected. I’ve done keratin treatments before and had better resultsVery disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

I was a bit wary with using a product costing so much less than getting a straightening perm done at a salon for ￡200 but having did some research on this product, plus reading up on reviews, i decided to give it a go, as nothIng to lose. This is an honest opinion... this product is so good!!! Easy to use and the result is amazing. Soft, straight hair. The only downside which made me minus one star, was the time to straighten it using the heated straighteners was very long. And the smoke that comes out is quite toxic to smell. All in, the whole process took me 4.5 hrs... and my hair is not that long and not that thick. No wonder salons take 6 hrs to do a straightening perm.Overall, i wld def use this again. The outcome makes my hair smell nice, looks and feels soft. Just wondering how long it will last now...

It made a significant difference to my hair (straightened my curls, less frizz, and feels great) BUT it took an extremely long time to dry and straighten, there was an insane amount of smoke produced when straightening, and it left a shocking amount of residue on the straighteners. Does the product work? Yes. Is it a great price? Absolutely. But for me personally it isn’t worth the time, effort, and smoke. I will not use this product again, but I can see why it would be worth it for people with long curly/frizzy hair that they wash very regularly, as the benefits would probably be worth the drawbacks in that case

Great alternative to salon treatments and an amazing price considering the outcome. Doesn’t take too long to complete the process so long as you’re clear on the steps.Side note for customers claiming it has ruined their hair: if your hair is already damaged and brittle then it could cause further damage/make the existing damage much more apparent. A little pricy but I highly recommend products like olaplex and k18 (in combination) both prior to and in the weeks following treatments like this; both repair hair not just make it look nice for a while, so it’s really a must if this applies to you!

Long process but if you follow the instructions the way is stated on the leaflet will work.The step were you need to comb your hair after 15minutes of applying the product is the worse part. As you don’t have any conditioner on your hair will be a lot of tangles.My hair is wavy, very thick and a have a lot of it. If I had £10 for every strand I would be richer than Bezos, so took me 4 hours to complete the treatment but the photos proves that work. First photo after first wash, second after blow drying with product on hair, last photo finished result.I didn’t had smoke or bad smell from product during the treatment or after and I used Hask Keratin smooth hair oil to find up .
