Was looking for a space efficient kitchen rack for the baking setup. Considering the bigger size of the OTG, the normal tables were too big for the kitchen, so this was the perfect find. - Delivery was on time, arrived well packaged with no damage that too, pre-assembled. - Sturdy quality with a good number of shelves, a drawer and hooks as well making it really functional.

The product displayed on the site is different from what I have received, It seems they have 2 different products one for Export and the poor quality and non-standard for we Indians. 1. The adjustable bush that they have mentioned, I don't find them anywhere, check for yourselves. forget about the adjustable bush, damn there is no bush at all. 2. The solid wood panel that was mentioned, is of Century ply MDF paper laminated board. 3. The complete setup came as a single component welded and with poor-quality paint. 4. The metal basked shown is missing, instead, it is been replaced by a tray (see image 4 in the attachment) 5. The 'S' hook rod that was shown, is missing ( i think the welder forgot to add this) Overall the product looks cheap and completely different from the description and photographs are shown. I feel cheated and not worth the money spent. The same setup can be done for Rs. 2k from a local metal fabricator. I completely went by the reviews of the customers and the product displayed and description only to be cheated. Feels really bad about the double standard of the company that they have given a cheap product to a fellow Indian and keeps his reputation high for the export quality. Aren't we giving the same amount as put up on the site? Then why this discrimination. I have been cheated !!!!!!
