So the instructions were pretty clear and it wasent that bad to install. I wired this up on a Saturday and ran into some issues with an output not working correctly. I called the cust service dept and they were closed so I left a message on there machine. They actually called me back in a hr on there day off and helped me through it. Turns out that one output function was broken and they would send me a replacement directly instead of going through the third party I bought it from. Five stars for great service and quick response. The product itself does work great and makes a much nicer look than the regular toggle switches. Definitely recommend this product.

Great product. I would like to see them add a flash and dim mode where you can have the lights flashing but not so bright. There is no way to combine that at this point.

Wiring 8 accessories couldn't be easier. Love the control panel layout.

You get what you pay for, and this switch setup is great.

I am utterly impressed with Switch Pro’s product! I needed to configure switches/relays for my 2015 JKU but there is even less room to stash a fuse block/relay block than on my 2007. After considering the options, I bought this product and I cannot describe how awesome it is. The product quality is incredible just opening the box and the directions are some of the best I have seen for an aftermarket product including color pictures that make the installation a breeze. A novice with little to no wiring/mechanical experience would be able to follow the instructions. The great thought that went into cleanly mounting it in the tight space behind the battery really keeps the unit looking like a clean install and it doesn’t obstruct other parts of the Jeep that might require maintenance from time to time. It is a completely sealed unit so water intrusion has not been an issue and I imagine it will survive severely deep water after the OEM electronics fail. The switch unit looks really sharp mounted above the rear view mirror and I have a friend that mounted theirs on the dash above the stereo; also a really clean look.As for the functions of the unit, the buttons feel really crisp and offer a tactile feel that lets you know that you have pushed a button. The backlighting is really good and shows well through the stickers that fit absolutely perfectly on the switches. I initially had concerns about putting a “sticker” on a button (thought it would look cheesy) but that was short lived… The stickers are thick, WAY STICKY, and a perfect fit as mentioned before. After wiring up the system, programming the unit is way easy! I really like that the unit can be programmed for constant power or switched power. Another feature that really makes me happy is that the switches can be programmed for steady on or strobe. I really liked this when we were doing nighttime snow recoveries, winching drivers out of ditches, and had tow straps and winch line out across a street. By strobing the rock lights and windshield lights it lets passersby know that something is going on and they hopefully will not try to drive through the winch line. Anyway, when the switch is selected, the amber light above or below the switch (depending on mounting) lets you know what is on.I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service! During my install, I had run into a problem where the unit was intermittent, a problem I induced by adding additional wire to route the wires to match a wire bundle I had run for other things. The owners of the company were BEYOND supportive and were VERY concerned about the product possibly having a defect; so much so that they were going to send me a unit to replace mine so that I could have my rig up in time for an event. I asked them for time to let me verify my wiring was good. Once I changed my wiring path and shortened my length to an appropriate length for the data bus, the thing has worked PERFECTLY!! The story doesn’t end there though. After the event, the owners called me back to see if I had fixed the problem and were wanting to make sure that everything was functioning as advertised. Best customer service I have ever had and I would (and have) recommended this to many of the Jeepers I know! While the cost may seem high, it was only mildly more expensive than buying a quality fuse block, relay block, wire, Carling switches, and a mount. It is so worth every penny I have paid for it!
