This mat is really good, heat levels are spot on really helped with my back pain, I would of liked the size of mat to be a little longer, after saying that it does work well, price was fair too. Happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

High quality and comfortable unit, brought much needed pain relief to wife who suffers from terrible pains caused by adhesions and endometriosis.Also can be used to relieve muscular pain in the lower back.Versatile unit, comes with a UK plug, 3 heat settings (which are discernable and useful, rather than arbitrary). The material is soft and plush, and feels high quality. The colour is a neutral grey and fits most settings.The cord is a little thick, and white in colour and does not get hot when in use. The product feels safe, and has been used without problems for 5 months now. Highly recommended.

This product stopped working after 1 month. It will no longer heat on any setting. Previous items have been fine and I would’ve given this a really positive rating. The item is under guarantee, and return and replacement should be easy, but so far it seems very unclear whether the company will reply to my request. I will update as and when I have a reply from them

It is the original monogram heating pad but the controller needs a careful eye as it can start to overheat.

My partner is starting to feel the cold more as he gets older. I can't stand the heating in all day. So we resort to personal warming accessories like this. We trust Beurer products. Never had a problem with them. This warms his feet and is used under his desk in his office at home. He likes it.

After one month it stopped working

Arrived fast, soon plugged in and warming my achy shoulders. Soft and comfy too.

Got this for an ill parent. They loved it. It does the job extremely well. Would definitely recommend.
