do not recommend at all
if i could give this a 0 i would.the handles literally melted off and my whole house smelled like plastic for days.why do they sell here if the voltage doesn’t align? no idea? please don’t get this without checking the voltage

On first use the handles melted
Do not buy! The entire outer of the cooker got searingly hot and the handles melted off.I have since gone through the reviews here and have seen that other people have had the same problem.This item needs to be removed from all platforms as is it a huge fire risk!Very annoyed at the money spent and wasted!

Item arrived and we tried using it the same day. Crock pot got so hot that the handles melted off and my partner could smell burning plastic. Good thing he was home to catch this..

Handles melted in just few minutes in my first use
Both handles melted in just few minutes in my first use, the base of removable stoneware has formed creases and wrinkles.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM
I used this slow cooker ONCE and within 5 minutes, the handles completed melted off, both of them. The seller did NOT refund the item even though it is faulty.
