Cafe Desire team provided online support to install the device, we worked with Amreen who has good knowledge and guided us to install step by step. Coffee mix and taste is awesome, especially the one that comes with the pack. Tea is ok. Only problem with the machine is that the hot water, coffee/tea paths (tubes) are same and hence when we press hot water - it will use the same tube and so little bit of coffee/tea will get mixed. After couple of times only you will get pure hot water. Same way when you go for coffee/tea immediately after hot water then it will be little bit diluted with hot water. Anyway that's not a big problem when you use it only for Coffee/tea. This 2 lane machine is not intended for getting pure hot water.

This review is put after 5 months of using Cafe Desire Machine and its premix. At first I felt the machine was great though they just sent Videos for installation failing to attend at site which was fine. The initial week or two gave awesome coffee too though bad tea premix - Wasn’t long before problems started Say our office makes about 10-15 coffee a day, every 2 days we noticed the tray cups get blocked and coffee stops coming. We had to remove each of the 4 units to clean, dry and put it back - This is when coffee in the flow tube itself gets wet due to some machine issues and stops functioning. I called the guys up after failing dealing with this mess when they had no local assistance in Kerala but gave contact of someone dealing with some other brand of machines from Trivandrum. He was rude and started off saying no free service for those who purchased this product from any other source other than himself. I told him I didn’t want anything free when he arranged someone from Kochi to attend 4 guys came cleaned up the machine, told me washer somewhere is gone and tied it with a sealant tape, then said the rubber outlet was faulty too causing items to mushy up then said they don’t deal with this brand. They charged 1000 for just this thing and went off a few weeks back Now I am back again with blocked cups and the same coffee premix now tastes like hell bad because they changed the ratio per fill. If I call cafe desire they will send something in video which I never wanted
