Excellent pedals that look gorgeous!!
So as we all know, stock pedals are just there so you can ride your bike home. 😉 I was considering purchasing red Deity pedals since I have orange ones on my Mukluk, but I had some concerns which I will address below.TL;DR: Light weight & solid; Gorgeous-looking color and design; Pins give fantastic grip w/MTB shoes and don't scrape up the legs;To start, I wasn't necessarily looking for aluminum pedals, but I wanted something that looked good with my red accents. I happened upon these because I REALLY wanted something that wasn't "boxy-looking" -- concern 1. Concern 2, I wanted good pins to grip my shoes, but I didn't want to gouge my calves every time the pedals brush up against them. The pins on these are absolutely perfect! They are slightly rounded on the edges, and my feet are firmly in place and never slide around, even when I get wet or muddy. As a note, I have 5 Ten Freerider MTB shoes. As for the looks, they are absolutely gorgeous!! The red pedals with the chrome pins looks so sharp - not that people see that when you're riding, but hey, it's the little things right? Also, the fact that they are a bit tapered at the ends is exactly what I was looking for (concern 3). And the aluminum aspect of it I think is awesome. They're lighter than my expensive-ish nylon pedals on my Mukluk. Now there is one thing I do want to mention, and I do not know if this is a good or bad thing: I am not a gearhead or anything, but with these pedals I do notice that they don't spin very freely. By that, I mean for example, when you try to make 'em spin by slapping one side or by using your garden hose when you're washing it, they don't spin much. I do know enough about bearings to know if they are loose or too tight, and they feel just fine. I definitely don't notice it at all when I'm riding, however I did want to mention that.I truly love these pedals a ton, and I plan on getting another pair for my next full-suspension MTB!! 😎

Great pedal
The quality seems top notch. There's no slippage and the pedal is big enough.

Really nice for the price
These are really nice pedals. They have stubs instead of screws, which are less maintenance and a little more forgiving should your shin come in contact with them. I like the way they installed with a female alan screw inset into the shaft as well. The bearings feel like quality and the pedal is sturdy. Impressed with these.

Absurdly good for the price
Pretty surprised at the quality of these. I purchased a $3500 gravel bike and had minimal money left to spare for pedals, so I purchased these as a temporary solution. So far they have massively exceeded expectations, which were not very high given the cheap price. I imagine that I will ultimately upgrade my pedals, but I have kind of been asking myself why since these are a pretty darn good. Not sure on long term durability yet, but I have been using these on daily mixed gravel/road rides for a few weeks now and so far no problems. Lightweight, grippy, easy to install, good fit and finish, look good - can’t go wrong for the price.

Super light
The lightest pedal I could find. Rockbros know what is important. They look good, work great and are very light. They feel great even with running shoes.

Keep feet from slipping off pedals
I bought these pedals to replace factory pedals on my e-bike. The originals were flat with a rough textured surface but did not have enough traction to keep my feet from sliding and twisting. The pins on these pedals get into the grooves in my shoe treads and “lock” the shoes in place. While there were many alternatives in the same price range and similar ratings, I chose Rockbros based on their reputation. Several competitors had write-ups complaining on quality and durability. I used a pedal wrench vs a hex wrench for the final tightening to ensure the pedals were attached securely. My only complaint is that Rockbros does not give the dimensions of the pedal surface only, like other companies, but include the shaft as well. This makes it hard to compare alternatives but more importantly hard to find which of their pedals closely matched the pedals I was replacing (I liked the original size). I measured the existing pedals while still mounted on my bike (didn’t want to remove until I had the replacements). I ended up measuring the Rockbros pedals on-screen to estimate the dimensions without the stem.

not too durable
I have had these Rockbros pedals for 5 weeks, and they are both bent, the axel is not strong enough to take a few rock srtikes and keep from bending. The pedals are very comfortable, not too heavy and good looking. I have had well over 20 mountain bikes , and these are the first pedals that I have had where the axels bent due to clipping a rock. They say they are Chrome moly, but the axels are either a bit soft or too small in diameter, they would probably be fine for a light rider, but they are not durable enough for 200 lbs + riders. .

Absolutely Good
Good Grip on shoes, easy to install, you can feel the power you are putting in while pedaling, and it does not skid at all 👍🏻

Looks nice and solid
Ordered this to blend into my wife's black-red themed folding bike. I overlooked that there is no reflector but looking at the color it should be shinny enough. Aside from that, it looks great and solid, haven't tried it out for a spin though. I'll update this review if I see similar things described in other reviews. It'll just be used for light rides, around 2-3 times per month 70-100km per ride on mostly cemented roads with little uphill routes, should not be stressed too much.
