I'm a soba Holic! So I'm eating every day. Then I tried this. It is fabulous more than I expected!! Rich flavor and well soba taste and they have different thicknesses of noodles in one bundle. Because they want us to enjoy the texture! This is one of my favorite soba so far!!

Sent low sodium buckwheat noodles, which I don't want. Pkg clearly marked & labeled... Now I'm wary of trying to buy again n go thru the same bs.... GREAT noodles when you get the right one!

Soba noodles that actually use buckwheat have become very hard to find, when once easily purchased at various groceries. It seems in the past I found some with a higher percentage of buckwheat --what makes soba, soba-- but still these seem to be the best on Amazon. I looked over pretty much all others.
