I LOVE THESE!!! Way better than those battery operated ones that go out so quickly. The yellow light is great for assessments & the bright white light is perfect for looking in other areas where you need bright light.

The bright white light is VERY bright, like too bright to shine in pupils, but the edge is super crisp; I use it to look inside ppl's mouths. The ylelow light has a softer edge, but it's too yellow, so can't tell if the sclera are icteric or if it's just the hue of the light. Sometimes the button (which is yellow at one end, bright on the other end, and off in the middle) is hard to set to the off setting, so my light will be on in my pocket and run down the battery. But hte USB charing is super convenient.

Fits in pocket, 2 settings, easy to use and easy to charge. Small tool wit a strong light.

I liked the magnetic cap on the recharger. Nice to know im not going to lose pieces.

Love that I can USB charge instead of buying batteries. A light under the clip goes off when fully charged. White light is narrow and bright, yellow is softer, great for adjusting pumps without waking patients, just wish the slide button positions were off, low, high, instead of "off" in the middle, no click, so sometimes walking around with light shining in my pocket. 🙂

Good product, however, the cover for the charger came off. Adjustable light. The brightest light I used it even as vein finder.

Easy to carry, charge and use. The only negative side would be that the paint came off pretty easily if rubbed against other things in the chest pocket, but I personally don't care about this. This is a very useful and practical tool. In fact, I might buy it again in case I might lose it. I was supposed to have a spare one, silver colour, but I gave it to a friend who also use it every day and loves it too.
