This ball is AMAZING! Whenever I feel a pain in my back or anywhere on my body I use this ball and it helps massage the area very deeply. It helps ease the pain right away! I used to use a tennis ball but this ball is harder so it can really massage the area. Highly recommend!

For weeks I've struggled with a knot deep in my hamstring, unable to get to it because of its location. Foam rollers were too wide, and couldn't get in deep enough, and my hands quickly tired, because I was having to pull up against gravity to massage the knot. I've finally been able to get to the knot with the help of this ball, it's been such a relief! Would highly recommend for knots in hard-to-reach places. It's about 6cm in diameter, fits nicely in the palm of your hand. It's solid, but the surface is slightly soft, which is very comfortable for massaging.
