So first off, this is my first Shilajit. I'm a young guy who does various exercises, combat & cardio. Before this, I took another supplement which also consisted of Shilajit but in a tablet. Supposedly, Shilajit in tab form isn't good & works best in resin. So naturally, I wanted to give it a try a resin. The market value of pure shilajit is expensive, a kilo for almost ₹100000 , so when I saw Nirvasa selling in a very reasonable price compared to it's competition, I immediately bought it. Mind you, this is my first time using it. It's been a month today, & I have better sleep, better muscle recovery & more energy & strength, my testosterone is a bit higher as well as libido. Now, this is not pure Shilajit, yes you heard it. It's not. No way they sell pure shilajit in such cheap prices. So if 60-70% pure shilajit gives such results, imagine a purer form. I think it's the elixir of life & especially suited for winters. This 20gm will almost last 45-50 days, I took it with water. And the smell as people exaggerate is not that bad, just natural stuff. Good luck using it. Nirvasa is a good company & I trust it here on.

Good quality shilajit. Tastes very well,not very pungent smell like other brands. Improved my strength at the gym.
