While most people find 2000 IU of D3 adequate, my medical issues require 5000 IU to keep my D3 levels steady. I am grateful that I found this quality supplement that provides what I need in one easy to swallow dose. The reason I think this is a really great product is because of its Vitamin D3 5000iu content. That it's manufactured in the USA gives me peace of mind about its quality. It definitely gave my immune system a boost which is exactly what I was looking for. I must add, I love this brand and will stick with them for my vitamin needs.

I’ve been taking these since April 15th. I have noticed a significant change in the thickness and texture of my hair. I have also noted a great improvement in my nails. There are no more white spots and the have stopped splintering.

This is the perfect daily dosage to supplement vitamin d3 with. I was concerned with other products having such high dosages. D3 is fat soluble, and too much for too long can lead to toxicity. It’s 3rd party tested, NSF certified which is good enough for me. I’m very happy with my D3-K2-Calcium stack, and I intend to purchase this product again

I've been pretty happy with this supplement. It's like getting a dose of sunshine in a bottle! The fact that it's Non-GMO and Gluten Free is a bonus. With 360 count, it's enough to last you for a year. I appreciate that it's an essential Vitamin, especially during winter months. However, the product price seems a bit steep. Shipping time could also be improved. I noticed some heat/sunlight damage on the bottle, which might affect the product. All in all, I'm satisfied!

I really enjoy these vitamin d. I had no upset stomach and it's easy to swallow. Also the base of the vitamin is extra virgin olive oil for which is great for health overall.

Bought these with some myo inositol for my pcos and loving it so far I feel more alert and sleep better than before too so loving it so far

I love this vitamins. I buy if often and will do it again and again. It increases my energy level, I feel myself much better, normal taste, almost clear color. I don’t buy it for hair, just for energy
