Really like these herbal epsom salt bath tablets which are perfect for new mums as well as tired mums who want to relax and be kind to their skin. They are very easy to use and smell lovely and make me feel refreshed

I don’t know if it’s coincidental but the day after using these I felt a lot more comfortable and in a lot less pain. I don’t have a sitz back so I just put three into my normal bath (bit shallower than usual). I bought a lot of the frida mom stuff and this was one of the least used products I can’t lie. A lot of the reviews here say to just use Epsom salts but as far as I’m aware you’re not supposed to use Epsom salts if you’ve had stitches as the salts can dissolve them but there was no warning on these so I’m unsure if they’re safe to use.
