Minimalist with the option for a bit of texture
I gave my kitchen counter a critical look one day and decided the clear containers I was using for dog treats and other frequent use items on my countertops were contributing to a bit of visual chaos. These sturdy ceramic canisters sit discreetly in front of my white backsplash and - with the option to have either the plain or textured side face the room, allow me to set visual cues for my husband to figure out the content (after I determined that left to right placement alone was insufficient for him to remember the contents).Even the "large" size of these is fairly compact, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much they actually held. The silicone gasket on the wooden lids helps to provide a good seal. The only thing that's a bit difficult is having a round hold in a square container, which makes getting any remaining crumbs or product "dust" out more challenging. There are designs I did like a bit better than these, but unfortunately they were all part of four canister sets that still - for reasons that elude me - follow the vintage rule of graduated sizes. The flour, sugar, coffee, tea approach from the '40s or '50s was already too rigid for me when I bought my first set of canisters in the '70s. It's so limiting, both in the assumption those are the four things you'll choose to keep on your countertop and that you won't want to have equal amounts of whatever you do choose to have at hand. /rant.These also "play nicely with" my ZWILLING Ceramic Kitchen knife storage containers. Zwilling also has storage boxes, but they only come in the set with the knife blocks so these allowed consistency with a difference.

Sleek and Clean Design
I bought 4. 3 of the smaller ones and just a bit larger than the other 3. Wish there was one a little bit biggerSo nice looking, very sturdy. Cookies stay fresh in bigger one. Frozen hot chocolate powder in another, small crackers in another. The wooden covers push on nice and tight keeping what is inside very fresh. They are small, but you get over it because they are a great asset in other ways. I do recommend. Nice fast shipping!

Cute little container....wonky little top....
I ordered this to keep the collagen powder that I put in my coffee every morning in. I didn't want the ugly container it comes in sitting out. This looks great! It has a matte finish and works perfectly with my decor. My only complaint is that the top is a little wonky. It's advertised as being air tight and maybe it is IF it's seated just right. I sometimes have to adjust it a bit to get it to seal. I live in an area with high humidity but haven't noticed that the powder seems to be clumping, etc. so it must be sealing better than I think. All-in-all, it does what it was intended for at a low price point. Just make sure if the seal is something that is vital to whatever you may be storing in it, that you take into consideration that it might not be the best option or that you might have to fidget with it a bit to get it into place.

Handsome product.
I have one of each of the two sizes. They are both small. I wish there was a slightly larger third choice. Very nice tho.

Small but air tight and looks nice on the countertop.
Holds just the right amount of tea bags.

Not a cookie jar!
This definitely not a cookie jar. It is a small container. I ordered the large expecting a cookie jar. It’s a nice looking container, but I’m disappointed it’s not for cookies.
