Rue (ruta graveolens) in this extract is highly effective (not a homeopathic version) -NOT TO BE TAKEN DURING PREGNANCY. Its documented therapeutic uses include the treatment of inflammatory conditions, eczema, ulcers, arthritis, fibromyalgia, antidote for venoms, insect repellent, and as an abortifacient (4–6). I was taking this to treat another health problem, but to my surprise it was fairly effective for treating an eye infection and a sinus infection. That being said, I prefer Dr. Christopher's INFX pills for treating eye and sinus infections, because it's more effective, but this will work in a pinch as well. I like to buy empty pill capsules and just fill one up with this liquid. Makes taking it much easier (rue has a strange, bitter taste).
