Perfect Boning Knife
This Cutco boning knife was exactly what I wanted. I received it in a timely fashion and it was very well-wrapped and totally undamaged. I just love it. I already have all Wusthof and Henckel knives, a very full collection. But now I am slowly replacing some of them with Cutco and relegating the replaces items to our RV.
