I get heartburn a lot. To the point that I should take something daily but I can just never remember to actually take it. I’ve tried every type of antacid remedy on the market and these are my favorite. Not only do they work amazingly quickly, but they taste pretty good too. The chalky taste of tums always really bothered me and at times would make me nauseous. No such issue with these. I have these at home, a small bottle in my purse and another stashed away at work. When people complain of heartburn, I’ll give these out and EVERYONE always asks me what they were because they work so well! 100% recommend

Every brand of this kind of heartburn relief does not come close as this Alka-Seltzer chews does. I bought the largest size that was available. For me it is almost immediate relief, this product works very fast, for me it works in minutes not 30 minutes or an hour but two to three minutes, I am only say that this is how it works for me. If this product or any other product does not work for you maybe there is more wrong with your digestive system, please get yourself checked by a doctor before continuing on products that are not working

I am never going back to Tums! These are sweet and chewy with barely a hint of chalkiness and they do a decent job of tackling my heartburn. I usually take just one at a time, occasionally needing a second one half an hour later if I'm still feeling the burn. The only thing I would change is to eliminate the tartrazine (color additive). Surely there's a way to skip that.

These chews are bicarbonate of soda in chewable form. Taste is pleasant and these calm down mild to moderate heartburn. Unlike regular Alka-Seltzer, there is no aspirin, bicarbonate only. No tearing through foil packets and water and waiting to dissolve—couldn’t be more convenient. It doesn’t feel like these chews are quite as strong as the old fashioned tablets but it’s hard to tell. Mild and moderate heartburn was relieved on the occasions I have tried it. Highly recommended!
