Algatec Synergy Algaecide-Water Clarifier

Pool water was green and walls too, even after shocking multiple times and scrubbing daily. Recieved this product on Thursday (was skeptical) started treatment. Ran pump non-stop during treatment. I broke up the recommended dose into 3 section adding in 3 days. 24oz on Thurdsay night, 12oz on Friday night and 12oz on Saturday morning.ProgressNoticeably better on Friday. Cleaned the filters Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon almost Crystal clear, went swimming. 😀 Sunday morning looks perfect.Never had this issue before so don't have any products to compare against, but this one works really well. I might have been able to use less product but it was so green I didn't want to risk being too frugal.

Amazing for removing existing algae or for regular maintenance. Worth every penny.I have a 30k gallon pool and it works beautifully.

I somehow ended up with fast-spreading black algae (along with green and mustard) in a recently filled pool, so I had newer water. I even had a pool RX in it??? I put this in and noticeable results within 24 hours. So far so good, it removed a lot of the spots but some are stubborn. Will report back.

The HCH clarifier works better for what algae i was trying to clear. This product MAY work better on black algae or something else IDK. It worked, but I would not purchase it again for my pool.

Don’t get me wrong, it worked, but it took about five days to clear my water.

This was my first time using , I received it yesterday evening 4/30/24… put In My pool (which the water was green!!!) wish I had taken a before pic!!!! At @5:00 am this morning 5/01/24 the water was crystal clear!!!! I will purchase again!!!! It is a bit expensive but worth it!!!

Followed instructions on the label, confirmed ph level of water, bought a steel brush, and treated the black algae spots. Algae spots did not go away and remain. I am trying other options right now, but this product did not work in our situation.
