This is a direct replacement of the older model that is pictured. The item you'll receive is HES's updated version that has a cover of the 2 screws that hold the strike to the frame. Same footprint, same great quality.

HES 9600
Used this to replace the exact same HES 9600 that failed. Very easy to install and called HES to ask about their pricing and they said buy the one online as it was $200 cheaper. They also told be they have free support if I needed help installing it. The was a cable for 12 volt and one for 24 volt. Came will all hardware.
