Does the job!
The tape seems reasonably sturdy for outdoor use. We used it in a local spinney as there's a dangerous branch overhead which can't be dealt with immediately as specialist lift equipment is needed. So this tape works perfectly as a visual warning.NB: I haven't rated it on adhesion as it's non-adhesive!

Notcas bright as I'd hoped
Quite dull until you shine a light on them. Bought to help my partially sighted wife see the edges of the front door steps and this will do for now. I don't think it will wear well for long.
