As advertised, they are Strong!
size #8 50lb power swivel did not disappoint! i decided to test them as i got my package. i put two sizes of snap swivels on either end of the spro swivel and attached the swivels to 150lb mono and tried to pull them apart! Bam it broke but i thought the spro swivel gave way, Nope, it held against 2 larger albeit snap swivels! see pics!! the swivel ends are stretched but it held a massive amount of weight, im pretty sure i was pulling well over 50lbs! not a scientific test but i feel safer with these tiny swivels over my much larger snaps. i will be getting these in the water soon with wire leader and going for some big fish! maybe ill even pick up a larger size also😎

Strong for size, very high quality, 120 vs 130
Very nicely constructed swivels. The use of stainless steel instead of brass allows for the great strength to weight ratio. An interesting size break in the lineup, with both 120 lb and 130 lb available. The 120 is noticeably smaller, which can be a good or bad thing. I think the Spro website lists the wire loop diameter as 1/16" on the 120, but it's actually about 1/8" OD, which is still small enough to pass through most rod guides if you need it to. The 130 wire loop is about 3/16" in diameter, which may be better if you need your swivel to act as a stopper for a weight, tube slider, etc.

Work great for braid to leader connects.

Effective and durable
Remarkably durable. I've used these in saltwater for years. For spinning reels, significantly reduces the frequency of birdsnests

Buy quality
Bought off brand swivels last year and popped several fish as a result. These spro swivels are small and strong. They’re the best at this price point. You won’t be upset!

strong and small
in terms of strength, I've reeled in stripers over 40" with this, and whenever I have to break off a line due to a snag it would always break at the braid and never the swivel. I've never noticed any corrosion or increased spin resistance so I rarely change them out in-between trips. I love the size of these because I don't have to set the rod down and reach for the tip inorder to free the swivel when I accidently get it stuck on a guide. I can just flick the rod to free it now.

Smooth action
Using for fresh water fishing. They rotate smoothly and should do the job for me.
