I used this post op and really liked it. It was recommended to me. I like the way it protected my tummy from being bumped after surgery and it kept my skin smooth as well. Summertime was a hard time to wear all this compression and board stuff post op. The board itself isn't terribly warm, its just the whole lot of it. Find some graduating compression panties for after you use this so you are ready for the next step. I hope this helps!

I am 3 weeks post op for lipo 360. I wear this ab board all day under the faja and take it out at night to sleep. And put the foam in.It has been fantastic. I haven't needed a 2nd one, I just wipe this one down at the end of the day with some peroxide to keep clean.It doesn't itch or bother me at all. It's comfortable and fits well. I'm about 5'5 140lbs and it fits great on my abdomen.I do get a little heat rash when it's super warm out and I'm sweaty, but I'm pretty sure that will happen with any material smushing my stomach haha.
