Flea killer
Cheaper than the vet, and a first class product.

Didn't work for all my dogs.
Well I treated my 3 dogs... one still has fleas 😥... funny that it's the smallest, so it's not the dose.

Reliable and Effective, Worth Every Penny
I’ve been using Frontline for fleas and ticks and I honestly love it. It has never let us down and always works exactly as promised. While it’s on the pricier side and the pack only includes three doses, the peace of mind and effectiveness make it well worth the cost. You really do get what you pay for with this product.

Resulted in an emergency veterinary visit
DON'T RISK using this product, Frontline Plus on your dog. My dog needed veterinary care after using Frontline Plus and I thought I was going to lose her. I have used various flea products on my pets for decades, including Frontline. I have a Jack Russell and Border Collies, I have only had these breeds before. Frontline Plus is the product I am writing about here. I have waited about a month before writing this review so that I could report the whole experience accurately. I applied a Frontline Plus flea treatment pipette as directed on the instructions. I noticed changes in my dog's temperament and physical ability the same day of treatment, but within less than 48 hours my JRT had such weakness in her back legs, she could hardly climb in or out of her bed. She could not support her own body in my arms and felt like a wet cloth draped over my arms when lifting her. She also experienced extreme fear and anxiety for more than a week. She is otherwise a very confident little dog who is active and enjoys dog sports, but after this treatment these were completely out of the question. I honestly thought I had applied something to her little body that was going to result in her losing her life. I had to take my dog to the vet. Luckily due their expertise, my mind was at rest and my dog gained strength over the following days. The vet said Frontline doesn't work, which is why they don't stock it. I learnt the hard way.. I have never been so concerned about the fast decline in health of an otherwise healthy, young (2.5yrs) dog. Devastating. I find it hard to believe that this product is freely available. I would NOT recommend this product. I can only warn others of my experience: * A heart-breaking few days, I have never seen an otherwise healthy, happy dog look so weak and helpless. * A vet appointment which further traumatised an already disturbed and fearful dog due to Frontline. * A vet bill. * Expensive product ( I bought Frontline Plus for all my dogs). Tis product is now safely in the rubbish bin. * The flea treatment was ineffective, which just goes to show it is not worth the risk. This experience has been an eye opener. The strength of chemicals and ever changing ingredients that are used these days is a mine field.

Fleas are resisistant
Didn’t stop the current flea strain, used to use this and was excellent, now needs a new formula. Talk to your vet first before using.

Worked a miracle on skin mites when nothing else had helped.
Our newly arrived 8 week old pup was terribly itchy, scracthing badly and had horrible dandruff. A pricey medicated shampoo and spray did not help. The breeder advised that her own vet had diagnosed skin mites (apparently the whole litter was affecetd likely passed along in straw bedding) and had recommended Frontline as a treatment. I was a bit sceptical having used this product in the past but only for fleas and ticks but not skin mites and was a bit worried using it on such a young pup. But after doing some due diligence and working with the breeder and our own vet, decided to give it a go. It has done the trick: within a couple of days the itching had subsided and after a week, was almost completely gone. The horrible dandruff symptons have gone away. It was easy to apply and has no apparent side effects. Will be using as a preventative from now on.
