There are several reasons I like this multivitamin over others.1. The Vitamin D3 from Naturelo is plant sourced, unlike the D3 that's usually derived from sheep's wool.2. The Vitamin A is from Beta-Carotene, which is a powerful antioxidant. In addition, you can't overdose on Vitamin A when you get it from Beta-Carotene because your body will only convert what it needs.3. This multivitamin actually has 100% Biotin. Other brands usually only have 10% or nothing at all, which is weird because it's an essential nutrient. It's especially good for hair, skin and nails.4. It has Vitamin K2, which like Vitamin D3, is essential for bone health. K2 is also good for your skin and cardiovascular health.5. I prefer the women's multivitamin over the men's because the women's has iron and the men's doesn't. The reason for the difference is because women's daily iron needs are more than twice men's needs.The only thing I don't like about Naturelo's multivitamin is the blend of ingredients at the end such as the 10 mg of carrot, 10 mg of raspberry and others. Not only is this too insignificant to have any health benefits, but it's a wasted opportunity to have an ingredient that would actually be beneficial. Hence, I recommend they replace this blend with 30-60 mg of Ergothioneine. Some nutrition scientists believe Ergothioneine is so beneficial for health that it should be upgraded to vitamin status. It has even been dubbed the "longevity molecule."The best part is, Naturelo can add this nutrient to their multivitamin without increasing the pill's size since they can eliminate the insignificant fruit and vegetable blend.

It’s only been a week and so far I’m loving this vitamin. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. The pricing is very reasonable as well. These capsule don’t upset my stomach my other vitamins I tried in the past. I love the fact that this little capsule has all t important vitamins I need in it.

This is the only multivitamin I've ever had that does not give me negative side effects or that does not makes me feel ill. All vitamins included are 100% daily requirements or less, which is just at what is needed. Too much vitamin A (beta carotene) or E and other vitamins can be harmful for the body. This is all natural vitamins, not synthetic or no added ingredients. Very happy with them.

I like this stuff. I’ve been a little (or a lot) mistrusting of multivitamins, especially women’s ones. If you check the amount of stuff in them, it’s almost always an INSANE amount more than the daily value we need of anything, and if ya do a little research? You’ll find it’s typically a dangerous amount. Some vitamins we can just piddle out the excess, and some we can’t naturally purge, which can cause scary problems. Personally I’d venture to say this is one of the many weird attacks on women- as I have not found this to be true of supplements for men 🙄. As far as I saw, this multivitamin offers an appropriate amount of all the stuff, rather than a frightening surplus. While that shouldn’t be a rare occurrence- it unfortunately is, so I’m sticking to this one!
