I have been struggling with sleep for years now. My doctor finally prescribed Ambien, and I don't like taking that all the time. I stayed at a friends house and she was taking this, and swears by it. I took it and 45-minutes later if not sooner I was out. I purchased the double pack and have been taking it for a week, and sleeping like a baby. I highly recommend this.

I was having a hard time sleeping though the night after taking forever to unwind and fall asleep. This stuff really helped me mellow out and get sleep AND STAY asleep all night. Kinda tastes like an expired life saver but the benefit of good rest is totally worth it.

It works well. Just don't take it too late. The effects will last an entire 8 hours with a normal dose.So if you only plan on only sleeping 5 hours, adjust the dose.

Supposedly this stuff is non-habit forming and while that may be true for some, I have found it’s easy to lean on this product a little too often. Drink coffee a little too late in the day? This works. Prescribed a stimulant and need to sleep? This works. Stressed out and just can’t sleep? This works. BUT keep in mind it is a histamine-suppressor, which means it’s suppressing your immune response while you snooze. This isn’t a beneficial habit to keep so this product works best when you use it occasionally and not every night. I’ve noticed grogginess in the mornings that lasts until I get moving and it quickly wears off. I’ve also noticed more lucid dreams while using the product as well. Overall, I continue to purchase it to try and balance out my stress ball lifestyle but I refrain from using it daily. Tastes ok, kind of like Aperol and cherries.

There are times I struggle with going to sleep. It did help me. I don't use it every night but the times I have taken it, it has helped me. The flavor is good as well. It was shipped quickly
