Fits your body
I use this in yoga for all seating positions. The kasha filling allows for minor adjustments to accommodate any spinal misalignment, and this helps me sit straighter, and with more ease. Because of this, I love it, and am sorry I didn’t find it sooner. Love it!

Great product for support
If you have tight hips and find it hard to sit cross legged during yoga or meditation- this is perfect. While it doesn’t have the back support of a back jack type seat, it does maintain correct posture and keeps spine erect. And I do prefer that as back supports can let u slouch (or fall asleep in meditation). I love that the inside is natural and holds its shape. Over a weeks use, my forward fold stretch is much deeper and my knees are trying to touch the floor rather than my ears!

Careful washing! Bring back the teal!
Very sturdy material. Feels comfortable, adjustable and very durable. No smell. Perfect for support while sitting on floor. My husband has sciatica and I have knee and ankle issues and we both love it. Careful when washing may shrink if washed incorrectly (my husband of course). Nothing softer can’t fix.

Big, looks comfortable
This is much bigger than expected but seems comfortable. I have not used it yet. I plan on using it for the sound baths that I will attend.

Great office chair cushion, 100% Buckwheat filler, 100% cotton
I rarely write positive reviews but some of the reviews here were so misleading that I almost considered making my own buckwheat pillow which took hours from my life in research. I was looking for an office chair cushion for better WFH ergonomics and since I'm trying to minimize plastic in my life, I wanted a buckwheat cushion, not a foam/polyester one. My sleeping pillow is buckwheat and after doing a brief sitting test, I found it comfortable enough to continue on with my plan. I came across this and others like it on amazon, and was leaning heavily towards this one because:1) Cheaper than the rest2) 100% Cotton cover and 100% buckwheat hulls fillingBut I saw on the reviews that it had a Prop 65 warning because the hulls were actually acrylic??? Since I saw no pictures substantiating this claim, and making my own pillow might be an order of magnitude more on cost and time, I decided to take the plunge and if the description was as wrong as the reviewer said, return it.So I was glad that the product description is right. It is 100% buckwheat hull fillers and 100% cotton. The only plastic is in the zipper enclosure. TBD as it is as flimsy as the other reviewers have said. I'm pretty happy with my WFH setup and I find the cushion helps me maintain a better posture. There was a bit of a smell, but it reminded me of when I open a bedsheet package. After a day it was gone.As to the prop 65 warning... I live in California... those stickers are everywhere and they are not really helpful as to inform you of the reason why and to quantify the risk. Somethings have the sticker and are not really dangerous if used as intended and other things that are dangerous are yet to be labeled. Some companies put the sticker without testing just to not get into trouble. Could it be because the buckwheat hulls? Psyllium husks (even some organic ones) have the prop 65 warning because the hulls bioaccumulate contaminant in the soil, so it could be something similar.

Ok for the price
It is a good price, but it is too full for meditation sitting, unless for people who just start their journey who might need a higher support. It is easy to take out some of the fillings since there is a zipper inner bad. The material is probably not 100% cotton, you have that feeling when you use cotton and linen only clothing in your everyday life. I would advise to produce to source some real cotton or linen and use less filling to balance out the cost.

Perfect for Burmese sitting
My plan was to vary my seating for meditation so I wouldn't get attached to one format, but not only was this cushion so perfect I decided to make it my default, I'm getting another one! It is perfect for burmese style sitting. My legs didn't even fall asleep after 26 minutes, a former guarantee. The cover looks very durable, and my favorite color. I feel perfectly supported. Overall, best meditation equipment I've bought. ˆ—ˆ
