Feels fantastic, great build quality, weighty for its size. Very bright on turbo, still plenty bright on the other modes too. Even low is enough to see what you’re doing if it’s properly dark. Magnetic charging isn’t quite as snappy as I’d like, but it works - it’s main purpose being to keep it waterproof by getting rid of the traditional charging port. The magnetic base however works very well and will hold it firmly on any magnetic surface. I really like the control system- by default it goes Off-High-Medium-Low-Off, but by holding the button when first turning it on, instead it starts on Low and then cycles through to high with subsequent clicks of the button. Turbo is available from any mode by holding the button once the torch is turned on, thrn once in turbo mode a single click will return you to whichever mode you were in previously. About 10s after turning it on, single press of the botton will now turn the torch off instead of cycling modes, so if you want a different brightness (besides turbo) you’ll have to turn it off and on again, but I prefer this to having to go through all the other brightnesses to get to off, especially if you’re starting from low. Strobe is activated by a fast double click, but thankfully you can just pretend it doesn’t exist 😂. So far I’ve not had it trigger accidentally as it has to be a very fast double click. Not had need to test the battery life so far, but given the quoted times are with the included 2200mAh 18650, if you swapped it out for a quality 3000+mAh the runtime would go from respectable to exceptional. Very pleased, highly recommend.

A very good, small torch. Incredibly bright for short bursts of time, then returns to default setting. Will clip onto a belt or coat clip.

I got this as a back up for an Ledlenser PR7 and in all fairness, I think I prefer the form factor of this. I like the Mag charger, although a little temperamental and it has a decent belt clip. It’s rugged, feels solid and looks cool. It’s a great size. It is bright, the settings are good and the controls are fair and no hassle for me. I’m really pleased. Time will tell if it suffers the same fate as some of the other reviews have noted, I hope it doesn’t as spare batteries and chargers are unavailable from the OEM at this time. I’ll be gutted if it dies and isn’t replaced as it’s not cheap as a throw away item. 4 stars for the uncertainty, if I could get spares and was confident with the warranty I’d give it 5 stars all day. 3 stars for value, if it breaks like others, it’s not good value.

Wow, what a great little torch. Perfect to keep clipped in my pocket while working outdoors in all weather. When you switch on the torch, hold the button down again and get full beam...!

Great little torch, I just seem to have a problem with charging it after a couple months of use the charger failed and now the batteries don’t seem to want to charge at all, this is my second torch now and it’s done the same thing, not impressed

I use this at work on night shifts as the torches we are issued were awful. This is the best torch I have bought, it is really really bright with the extra brightness for 30 seconds being a huge asset. It can light up a whole room or large outdoor space instantly. It’s a great size fitting into the pocket of my trousers or vest easily and the clip is great for hooking on to a pocket etc. It’s got a good weight to it, not overly heavy but feels really substantial. I’d expect if it was dropped or knocked out of my hand it would survive with only a few scratches. I’ve only had to charge it once, it’s quick to charge and lasts for a good few shifts. My concern with previous torches was the lack of use sometimes draining the battery - that does not happen with this so it’s really reliable. I’ve not really used the magnet much but it is strong and secures the torch easily to a car bonnet etc. The only improvement I would suggest is being able to focus the beam/zoom it in, but as it’s so bright it’s not much of a loss. 100% would recommend for a whole host of uses.

The Nebo Torchy 2K is a small, solidly constructed (but not heavy) LED flashlight. The materials are great and it comes packaged with a magnetic charger, wrist strap, and metal clip (for attaching to clothes, hats, etc). The torch itself illuminates a back garden with ease. Clicking the Button results in different brightness settings, and holding the button down results in a blast of 2K brightness. Pros - Small size - Premium construction - Even light distribution (unlike cheaper led torches where you can see the square of the LED itself cast onto objects) - Powerful for such a small device - Easy magnetic charging system - Easily removable battery when the included one reaches end of life - Ballistic end for breaking glass (if needed) Cons - Isn't obvious where to attach the wrist strap (hint: its on the clip) - Nothing else yet Useful tip: Some reviews said that the magnetic charger wasn't great, the trick is to leave the torch on its side when attaching the charger, rather than trying to stand the touch upright to charge. That way its less likely to fall over and disconnect.
