Wedgwood Hibiscus Oval Serving Bowl

This is an authentic item. However, there is discoloration on the golden trim in a few places. Almost like it was either rubbed too hard, or was scratched off. I wondered, if maybe this was sitting for too long in a hot and humid room, as this doesn't come off very easily either. Considering this is full priced and the rest of the set I have is brand new and had no imperfections at all, I decided to return this and get it from elsewhere. I am giving it 4 stars because it is authentic and arrived quickly, took one point off for the imperfections.

This china set is stunning. The colors are a deep, vibrant royal blue, and the pattern is quite beautiful. I was buying a place setting a month until the price went up. The price used to be $132.00. So, I now buy the same set from Bed Bath and Beyond, using the 20% coupon, for $135.00. I'll continue to buy a place setting per month from Bed Bath and Beyond, unless Amazon decides to go back to the original price.

They are even better at home than seeing them in a store and the feel of the handles of the cups fit perfectly. I was a little afraid of the design on the salad/ dessert plates but as a long time Foodstylist I’ve made it work and all of the food has been beautiful. I would include a foto but access to all my fotos Amazon? I love you but not that much lol. Not a good idea.

I am so very pleased with this set! The dishes are absolutely gorgeous and also sturdy. The gold detailing is quite stunning. I have been using them everyday just because I want to look at them often. I am very glad that I spent a bit more money and got something that I love.

Completed our set by purchasing from Amazon. Place settings arrived safe and sound and are more beautiful than in the photos.

Love it!Best price anywhere, beautiful pattern, very classy. Watch the price and purchase when it goes down as the regular price shown on amazon is the same as local box stores. If you get it when the price goes down, the price can't be beat.

Love this Wedgwood set. Looks great, easy to care, high end product. Worth every penny.
