Trimaco One Tuff Dropcloth, 9-feet x 12-feet

I bought several of these for stair protection during some remodeling. When they arrived I was a little put off by the papery texture and feel of the product. Others reviewers have mentioned this as well, however, I went with it and It worked great. It’s both durable and paint-proof which is surprising! The 4x15 size was just right for the stairway application.The contractor later took it up and repurposed it for several other uses, including masking and as a dropcloth for painting.When finished, he said it was one of the best products he’d used in his many years of contracting and wanted to know where we’d gotten them and how much they cost. He asked if we wanted to keep them or let them go with him at load out. They were still in good structural shape, even after weeks of wear and tear. We kept them, thank you very much. I’m taking that as pretty much the gold seal of approval for a product like this.

This tarp has saved my floors from my artistic endeavors, it's not too thick so I can easily cut it with scissors if needed, it's a great quality and keeps paint off the floor, walls and furniture, etc. I will keep buying them!

Lays flat, stays in place, does not leak through (at least not latex paints), can use multiple times, lightweight, easy to fold, durable, reasonable pricing, multiple uses. The aqua color makes it easy to see where the paint is so you don't step in it.Besides flooring, can effectively be used to cover other things while painting. I've used plastic, cloth/canvas, and other paper products. This is by far the most versatile and best product I've used. Best bang for my buck.

This was a great drop cloth for painting. Its non slip backing helped me to see that I had the 'correct side up' at all times and it was really easy to roll up and store for a future use when I finished my project. The paper facing made this drop cloth really easy to maneuver without it flipping or twisting and had enough weight to stay in place rather than bunch around the baseboards every time I moved my ladder. I was worried about its overall durability, I happened to be painting in snowy weather and my dogs' wet feet pranced across the drop cloth when they came inside. This is paper(ish) so I thought maybe they'd have destroyed or weakened the cloth, but it dried perfectly intact. Since this is such a great price point and is easily stored, I'd recommend buying a couple so that you don't have to move the drop cloth around so much (its big!) and I'd also recommend using an old piece of PVC or an old room handle or something else to easily roll up and store, without a solid core I'd never have had the patience to pack this up so neatly.

Disappointed. Tore before it got ready to paint. No thicker or stronger than dollar tree tablecloth that have a backing. These drop cloths are very long which is great just not at all strong.

I needed a protective covering for my work table while I was at an artist's retreat out of state. i wanted something that I could cut to fit, fold up, pack in my suitcase without taking up much room and was lightweight. This was THE ticket! In fact, I've cut it into several usable pieces and have really gotten a lot of mileage out of it for other workshops as well as at my home studio. Note: This is a VERY lightweight drop cloth with a very thin plastic backing on paper the weight of an examination gown for a doctor's office. Works very well for my needs and I would definitely buy this again.
