Gatorade Whey Protein Powder, 20 Servings Per Canister, 20 g of Protein Per Serving, Vanilla, 19.7 Oz

I've been using this product for 15 years. I feel this is the best tasting and easily digestible protein powder on the market. I'm curious why it is currently not available?

Good taste, mixes well, easy to measure and use

I prefer the vanilla flavor but this is good enough. A bit too chocolaty even for me because I'm more of a chocoholic over other flavors. I would buy again though. It's not grainy or chalky. I like the ingredients. I still recommend.

Based on my enjoyment of the prepared Gatorade Super Shake, Chocolate, 30g Protein drinks, I purchased this product (Gatorade Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate, 22.4 Ounce), thinking that it would be similar--and a cost-saver. But I feel like I've returned to square one in the ever-elusive search for a pleasant-tasting protein drink. This product has a vaguely unpleasant aftertaste. I say "vague" because it's not pronounced, and it's okay enough to finish my 12-ounce drink. The difference, of course, is the sweetener. The Gatorade Super Shake, Chocolate, 30g Protein drink has sugar, while Gatorade Whey Protein Powder barely has 2g of sugars per scoop. Yes, that's a good thing. So, for me, it's a difficult choice between the barely drinkable low-sugar protein drink vs. the drinkable full-sugar product. The product will get consumed, yes, but I'm not sure that I will order it again.

What is the best protein powder on the market. Well, here is my opinion. It is the product with the amount of protein you want, and the taste that keeps you coming back for more. This is that product. It mixes quite thick, so you might want to remember that when mixing with the recommended amount of liquid.

No matter how much water I add it has a slimy thick texture. They add xanthan gum which is a thickener. Why would you want a protein shake even thicker?? The flavor is alright but the texture is UNbearable. DO NOT BUY.
