This deck box works well for keeping our outdoor chair cushions dry and out of the sun and snow. The assembly is extremely simple and quick and the box feels sturdy. We have used it in the snow, rain, and sun and it has remained waterproof and is not fading in the sun. Highly recommended.

Very, very easy to put together! It looks nice on my deck and holds a lot of stuff that needs to be out of sight, yet easily available for use. I’m really glad I got this and I highly recommend.

SOOOO Easy to assemble! I had 2 cocktails, made a complete dinner, cleaned up and still put this thing together in less than 10 minutes! And those were some strong drinks, too. Get this. It's worth it!

It is what you see and read online. Great for people who are image guided or “picture-literate” in following instructions. It took less than 30 minutes to assemble, no tools needed. Follow each step, don’t bypass a step because you might not be able to undo once the part is clicked in place. Sturdy and thicker than I expected. We’ll see how it does through the years with the weather changes. I might buy more.

Using as an outdoor garbage bag holder. Great to keep the critters and water out of it!

I am very disappointed with this purchase due to poor customer service from Keter. The box itself would have been lovely however, it arrived without any of the hinges or associated pieces. I reached out to Keter and they responded within a day. However, they responded with a manual and asked me to list out which items were missing. I had already said I was missing every single piece except the 4 walls, lid, and bottom. Logic would say order every other piece listed in the manual. However, I responded back with the part numbers. Since then, I have been receiving automated emails saying if I don't respond they are closing my case. I have responded every time, on the same day. It is now a month since I purchased the deck box. I must return to Amazon within 30 days, so back it goes. It has been sitting partially assembled in my living room the entire time. Tip for Keter - You need to have your SalesForce email integration fixed. It's either not logging customer responses, or the responses aren't being read. Additionally, isn't the goal of most companies to resolve a customer issue with only one interaction? The CS rep was either too lazy to list the part numbers and order them for me or he just didn't care. Either way, you have an issue with customer service as well. This would have been the fourth matching deck box I purchased for my backyard. I'm not reordering. I'd rather have a mismatched box then deal with this hassle again. Keter lost me as a customer.

Very happy with my purchase. Great directions , took me about 15 minutes to put together . No tools needed. Totally snaps together. Sat on it and it would work well for extra seating.
