Almost everything that you could possibly need in an emergency medical kit! And it is very high quality in every way.

Decent kit
Decent medical bag, the bag itself is constructed well. Plenty of room for more gear like Ivy bags etc.. I think it’s a bit over priced for what you get but not bad for starters.

Good kit, backpack quality is questionable
The backpack has everything you need for an emergency. I’ve had the backpack less than 3 months and it sits in my trunk in case I need it or am traveling with friends. The second time I’ve actually worn the backpack was today and the strap ripped.Seller reached out and sent a new bag and expedited it. Would recommend buying from seller.
