Replacing dollar shave club
I ha never used one of these before purchasing and with no instructions or shaving cream I was able to flawlessly do a clean shave. Of course it may have taken a bit longer but add shaving cream and some practice I can see this completely replacing my dollar shave club subscription. The blades are wicked sharp and even stay sharp for multiple uses even more if you had a leather strap sharpener. But so many blades its unnecessary. The way it folds at angles allows me to shave places I never thought possible lol. I am somehow step by step becoming a cowboy and didn't even realize till just now. Just switched to rolled cigarettes and moved back to the west lol. Great product.

Practice Makes Perfect??
First time owning a straight razor. It's so sharp that when I cut my face, I can't feel it. Bleeds like a MF though.

Great starting razor
I'm new to straight razors and this is my very first. From what I can tell, it works well with no blaring issues. The razors themselves are kind of flimsy and not that sharp, so I usually need to strop a lot.Also: read the instructions if this is your first razor! I had no idea what I was doing, but the instructions clearly stated how to load it and take care of it.

Worth a try
Great straight razer, I was excited once it came in, I used it right away and it's a well rounded product.... Only down fall seems like the handle is already becoming loose where it meets the neck of the razer

Beat up and looks used.
When received, I opened the box to find that the razor arm was scratched horribly, and dented. It looks like someone used it for a year and returned it. Very unhappy with this product. I will be returning it and getting a refund.

Best razor for the money that I could find on Amazon
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. So many of the shavette razors share the same look but this one is built better than many of them. I ordered an equinox a while back which had great reviews but it felt unrefined when using it. It felt a little cheap. The Gibson is much nicer than mine. I use it every day and get a great trim on my cheeks.The packaging is really nice looking so this would present itself excellent as a gift. I made a quick video where I go into the likes of the Gibson over the Equinox. I have nothing to say negative about the Gibson which is odd for me. Usually I find plenty of things to tear apart about the products I review. I guess the only thing I don't like is having to snap blades in half to use them. I did cut myself the very first time I did that. Thankfully not deep. I doubt it will happen again now that I know how to do it.I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. I do my best to give accurate and detailed reviews. The blade is looks great and it is very easy to use
The blade is looks great and it is very easy to use. It has a nice, sleek design and comes in a black shaving box. It has a lot of back up blades to use when the current one dulls out. Very easy to fold and store for later use. Overall, it is a great razor. Always interested in learning unique ways to shave and this delivers!
