Great book for all aspiring Trainers ! BUY IT AND USE IT ! GREAT STUFF !! A must for all experienced and aspiring Trainers! Its the mother of all Train the Trainer books ! Lots and lots of research and thought management has gone into writing this book ! Anyone and everyone would love to become a Corporate Trainer after reading this book ! Along with the Skills Converged ready to use Training Material on all aspects of Leadership skills and Soft skills it is a lethal combination . Hats off to the Skills Converged team for coming up with such a great Train the Trainer book and self study course as well !!

Good book for a aspiring trainers. It explains the basics we have to do and how we have to handle the training sessions. Good one to have in your library.

A simple insight for new as well as established trainers. A must have in your collection

Please dont buy this book. Modern training is all about facilitation. This book does not cover facilitation. This book is filled with common /well know info in 6-9 pages chapters. I would like to get my money back from publisher I had paid 1200/- for this book. This book has nothing related to training delivery. It does not cover role plays, case studies, games, buzz group. Please dont buy this book.

Good to use and some interesting topics in the book.

I was introduced to the Skills Converged website through a colleague who was aware of my interest in becoming a trainer. There is a large variety of articles and exercises on the website for trainers which I found very useful. I came across this book on their website and it was really what I was looking for all along. The book is written in a clear and precise manner, covering different aspects of training and delivery. There is a huge emphasis on planning and organisation and there is a clear logic on why certain methods are effective. The instructions are easy to follow and implement. The book contains a lot of very specific tips in each area of training that are often very helpful. I also enjoyed answering the exercises. It has already made me think differently and I agree with many of the discussions on how some training methods don’t work and what should be done to fix them. So I am excited to implement the tips and see the results. Overall this is a very useful book, well written and easy to follow. I would recommend it to all who are interested in either becoming a trainer or are hoping to improve their training skills.

I agree with the remarks from other readers about the grammar and the look and feel. But there is a lot of good content. Some of the online ressources are also good.

Lots of practical information and considerations for professions in both training development and delivery. Must-have. I have been involved in training most of my life. Twenty-six year vet some some experience in this field. Write more books like this. Big thumbs up!

An extremely useful book if you are giving training and want some advice and tips about how to get the most out of the training you are giving. The author/s clearly have a lot of experience and I found the information certainly relevant to the training I give. Quite cheap as well cost wise so you really cannot go far wrong with this book.
