It definitely leaves your skin, soft and brightens it. As far as wearing it under make up it’s a no for me. Although it leaves your skin soft, not enough moisture to wear under make up. I use it during the day when I don’t have to go out and put makeup on and before I go to bed. However the No.7 day cream with SPF is great to wear under makeup, so that is what I usually use when wearing make up.
