Dry towels.
This is my third or fourth purchase of these towels. Works great in absorbing excess condensation that spills out on my split air conditioner's condenser.

My cat is less wet than when using a towel
I specifically bought these to dry my med-length furred cat. Regular towels don't cut it for him and he tangles easily if I don't get the water out. ShamWow seemed to fit the bill and it worked as I had hoped: got 90% of the water off him after his bath, allowing him to dry much MUCH faster (despite us living in a humid climate) and have fewer tangles. I hung the ShamWows up to dry afterward and it in a day or so they did. Since these are Cat-Exclusive Towels, I'm not in a rush to wash them and therefore I can't speak to their longevity after a washing.
