Kajukenbo Self-Defense Vol. 2 - Blue Belt Requirements

I've been practicing martial arts for nearly 30 years and within the last couple of years have branched out more from my traditional curriculum. One form that has been particularly demanding (at least how it is taught here) is Kaju, a fast paced, flowing and strong martial art. Perhaps it is the production value behind this video series, but I don't feel that this video does the form justice. Watch for the fundamentals (although there is no actual fundamental ranks represented), but find an actual prof.

Can't return it because time expired. Didn't know it was blank because I bought the entire SET at $$ and was mastering Vol 1 before continueing. Vol. 3 was so scratched up I could barely get any benefit. The rest were okay.SO Learn from me!Check Every Disc before you think this set is okay.While I think the information is good, the production apparently has some issues.

If I could give a negative star I would. The DVD was not properly fit into the case and therefore had been sliding around within the case making the DVD unviewable.
