How do i buy spare o-rings? i want to buy extra o-rings for my simpure b07v6ry5b4 filter 10" x 2.5". the links in all the answers are not correct.

Does this remove rust/iron?

How do you contact customer support? The inlet and outlet ports leak no matter how much ptfe tape or thread sealant used.

The filter housing leaks profusely. i checked the o-ring/tested it without a filter to no avail. anyone had this problem and been able to fix it?
