I love using jetglue to help prolong the life of my pointe shoes. Please be sure to talk to a teacher or peer that has used it before though before you apply it. From personal experience, my biggest tip is that if you are gluing the crown of the box in your shoe, be sure to let the shoe dry standing up ESPECIALLY if you have built in toe pads. If the glue builds up or covers the toe pad at all it becomes unusable and feels like you are sticking needles into your toes. Not a fun experience to say the least. Dancers—put this in your shoes BEFORE you start wearing them to make them last much longer. By doing it first, you also avoid hardening clumps and folds of fabric in your box.

Since I was a young ballerina, I’ve never gone anywhere without my Jet Glue. I literally always have one in my purse and one in my dance bag. Super adhesive, dries quickly, and can be used for so many things!

Glue bottle was only half full . Disappointed as it’s not cheap and my daughter needs this asap so I can’t be bothered to send it back or exchange unfortunately.

The jet glue came clogged with dried-up jet glue, so I had to cut it out. Overall, these definitely helped with my pointe shoes.
