The Good: This stylish, durable looking and relatively quiet fan makes a huge difference and was a (ahem) breeze to install. It is currently 81 °F and humidity at 64% makes it feel more like 85 °F. With the fan on high, I am not only comfortable but even cool. The speed is high enough to keep mosquitoes from being able to fly.The Bad: The fan isn’t equipped with a remote so you will need a step ladder to change the speeds. Also, for those looking for a light, it doesn’t have one.Despite these limitations, it brings me joy.

We’ve had this fan for three summers. It works great would recommend it. Only downfall is no light and no remote.

We put up a 12x18 aluminum gazebo (Purple Leaf) with three hanging loops at the top. We hung a fan at each end with a light in the center. The fans look great (blend well with our black/slate color gazebo), move a lot of air, hang from the gazebo loop with an included carabiner clip (super easy), and are fairly quiet even when on the high setting. Amazon asked for a review of the remote, but these do not come with a remote. We purchased a separate outdoor rated extension cord with three outlets and ran it along the edges of the gazebo so that it can reach an exterior outlet when we want to plug them in. We just set them on high so that all we have to do is plug in or out for turning them on or off. We're glad we made these a part of our outdoor experience!

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a fan to put in my gazebo for hot days. This fan was the most cost effective one I could find and it matched my color scheme perfectly. The fan has a true oil rubbed bronze look and the blades have a wood look which I think offers a nice unique look. My husband put it together in less than five minutes and hung it from the hook that is attached to the fan. The pictures I included shows the true color of the fan because I don’t think the picture in the description shows how nice the fan really looks in person. The cord was long enough to attach to an extension cord where it’s not really noticeable. The fan comes with peel and stick clamps that allow the long cord to be attached to prevent it from hanging loosely. The fan has three speeds and I feel that the middle speed is enough air to cool off on a hot humid day. I feel the fan is pretty quiet and my friends thought it was a nice breeze coming from the lake when it was actually the fan. The fan does not shake even on the highest speed. There are a couple of cons with the main con being it does not have a remote so we have to plug it in when we want to use it and it’s unplugged when not in use. The speed can not be changed unless you manually change it which is a pain because I need a ladder to reach the fan, hence the reason it is staying on medium speed and the reason for 4 stars. The second con is the peel and stick clamps have come down a few times and now I’m thinking I need to replace them with clamps that will stay in place or glue them to the gazebo roof. The cons were not a deal breaker for me because I have a plan to work around them but could see how not having a remote could be a problem for some. Hope this review helps you to decide if this fan is right for your space.

Easy to install, I have a aluminum canopy. So I have two. Dual fans great.

Got this 4/2022, hung it up in our canvas gazebo and left it there ever since. Normally we take the gazebo down for winter but got lazy and left it up. This fan has survived bird nests, 20° daytime high temps and ridiculous wind. It’s mostly protected from the ice and rain by the gazebo, but it hangs right under the vented top that isn’t sealed and the ridiculous wind blew plenty of rain on it. It’s a decent size, smaller then I thought, which isn’t a bad thing. I wanted one that I was sure wouldn’t touch any of the canvas areas and this leaves plenty of clearance. Our 11’x11’ gazebo is really high in the center, so at the lower speeds the air has a long way to go to reach us and results in a gentle breeze effect. High speed does a good job of really getting the air moving where true relief from the NC heat can be felt (lower speeds would achieve this too in a lower/standard gazebo). I’m really impressed with how well this fan has held up through the seasons. I would for sure but again!

I read all the reviews before purchasing this fan and they were all great!! This fan lives up to its reviews!! It looks great and has a mighty wind! Easy to install and is the perfect size. Planning on purchasing another one once we get the gazebo up in the back yard.

I have a screened in porch and some days it gets too hot to sit out there. I've been talking for years about putting a ceiling fan out there, and this year during Prime Day I finally did! This fan is exactly what I was looking for, easy to install (I did it by myself in about 20 minutes), creates a great breeze, and looks fabulous! It's also relatively quiet - you obviously hear a fan, but it's not loud. VERY happy with this purchase!
