I was having a Goldilocks moment with pill organizers. I don't have any dexterity issues, and I don't take any medication. I needed these for supplements that I never remember to take unless they're right in front of me. The small size was too small for all the capsules. The large size was way too big (my heart goes out to anyone taking enough meds to need that size). These medium ones are perfect for my needs--fits 5 large capsules and 1 tiny capsules with enough room left for a small iron pill or something (I take 3 turmeric capsules and those are larger than average). The box is sturdy and opens easily. The letters on top will wear off over time, but that doesn't bother me.

Reading the description one might think this is going to fit your medications and/or vitamins, and this may be so if they're small or you are already healthy. This thing is tiny. Perfect for me because I'm using one for spices and herbs while backpacking and bikepacking but be aware, only about 6 full size vitamins, if that, will fit in a day's cube. It's very lightweight, relatively see through and the tops for the individual compartments are secure. It's better than some I've owned.

Love these. I take a lot of drugs and when I saw the size, I was a little concerned but they hold a surprising amount of pills. They’re easy to open and close and they’re secure. I’m really pleased
