recived this item in an acceptable time period,however this product was completly useless. for a start the rachet mechanism didn't work and all the working parts were stiff in fact you needed to loosen the bolts to move the saftey guard in order to be able to get a pipe into the jaws. the main spring was ok but the secondary spring to operate the cutting lever was to say the least not man enough for the job. all in all a very poor product.
