Very ergonomic build

I suffer from severe arthritis and I usually spend over 2 hours trimming the borders of my garden with scissors which both my lawn mower and other tools cannot reach. I decided to look for an alternative. Well, I saw this garden scissors, read the reviews and looked up the company and decided to buy a pair. Well what a find! I have just finished trimming all my borders and, with these garden scissors, it only took just 45 minutes! These scissors are perfect for cutting with either hand, so durable and easy to use! I only wish I found them years ago! I would strongly recommend these scissors. Thank you.

Yes, this is something I can speak long about. I was not impressed with the look of these scissors, bought because it's been highly rated and reasonably priced, too.Now, it feels so light-mindedly unheavy, takes no effort to hold, to cut, it feels like my body part. I use it for trimming soft plant parts, for cutting grass along the footpath, for cutting flowers. I tend to do the harder stuff with my secateurs, but sometimes I forget to switch the tools, and these scissors do the job just as easy.My husband compared me to a giant crab, who loves using his strong pincers.

I really like these scissors. They are very comfortable in the hand and are very sharp. I will be using these a lot in the garden for a multitude of tasks. They also have a clip on the end of them that keeps them closed when not in use. They are well made and I can see that they will be lasting a long time. They are guaranteed for 10years. I'm glad I bought them and would recommend them to anyone to buy. One satisfied customer. 10/10.

I bought these after reading reviews from folk with arthritic hands. I do not have arthritis, but do have Raynauds. My hands are definitely not as strong as they were. I have used the shears which swivel ( small ones), but found them more difficult as time has gone on, operating the shears to open and close efficiently. I used scissors to trim grass away from bulbs which are growing along a fence. This was quite successful, so on looking, decided to purchase these. These scissors are not required for topiary, so cannot comment there. I have found for myself the light spring mechanism is very helpful. Comfortable to hold. These cut efficiently, and may need sharpening some time in future ( have a small efficient sharpener), but for the time being very happy with these scissor/shears.

This is really just a pair of normal scissors with a different handle. The blades are very sharp, like with a new pair of good quality scissors and the handle is spring loaded with one part having a finger hole and the other being a lever that you push down to cut, so I can understand that it's great for anyone with hand strength difficulties. I bought it to cut the grass edges but I'm really going to have to get a bigger pair of blades. I think that this pair is good for cutting flowers, which I'm using them for but a different pair of thicker or longer blades would be more useful if you're looking for a more versatile product. The blue part of the handle also have a softer, silicone type feel to it, which makes it nice to hold.
