So…silicone aye? I assumed these would be like the muffin trays and such, stiff and difficult to use. I do a lot of cast iron usage in the kitchen. It is heavy and breads and such at 425 degrees, it is like “do I trust in these?These are strong with grippers so the dish being pulled out doesn’t slip out of the hand. They are flexible for the hands. I love the little “catcher’s gloves” as call them because that is what they are shaped and feel like; they are perfect for the cast iron handles to tip for spoon basting steak, chicken, and pork chops.Just cookin in the kitchen,Smitten with my mittens,🧤🧤🧤🧤🧤
