When purchasing I didn’t read the description and to my surprise the material of this “scarf” is not fabric, it’s paper.It’s a thick paper material, but I don’t think it would be water resistant which is normal. I have only used it once and was very pleased with the look of it, the gold writing is very cute and could be read from across a 8m room.I think they should do it in different sizes so it can fit better, mine was a bit big.
