Product is normally very good. Arrived damaged and Amazon made good.
Item is somewhat fragile and I usually expect some slight damage to the cylinders. These were pulverized. Amazon was helpful in straightening it out. I revised my angry review. Will order again. Maybe they will package better.

Arrived broken
We have purchased these before and the birds loved it! This time, though, it was shipped in a paper shipping envelope instead of a box and arrived broken and crumbled in several places. These are non refundable/nonreturnable even though I can’t use it on the feeder as intended.

Must Be Delicous
My birds love this, it was easy to hang. I have it on hanging on a shank with a tray under it, and a cover over the top, cuts down on the mess. The bluebies and chickies love this stuff. Will be getting some for winter.

My 4 year says it's delicious--oh, and the birds seem to like it, too.
My 4 year old always makes a beeline for the tree to find the bits that have fallen off. Then, he stuffs them in his mouth before we can stop him. He seems to think it's pretty tasty. The birds do, too. In the past, we've gotten the peanut or sunflower disks from the store (my son likes these, too). This is the second time I've bought the cylinder. It's very expensive, but the birds also seem to like it. The disks have less food, but take about a month for the birds to eat. This large cylinder was gone in a week. I don't know who was eating it, but whomever it is really seems to love it. I did go outside at one point and there were six birds fighting over it.

Product does not come with a hanger
I liked the variety of bugs and nuts for wildlife. However, I had to makeshift my own hanger and in the end, a squirrel broke the hanger and hauled off his loot!
